Reply to Comments Privately Based on Keywords
When customers comment with keywords contained, you can reply to those by sending a messages to their Messenger.
1. Go to "Keyword Replies" menu
2. Select to use keywords for a store or Keywords for all stores
3. Identify keywords and response messages. Turn on "Privately Reply to a Comment" button" and click "Save".
When customers comment on posts with identified keywords, the store will reply back to their inbox with set messages automatically.
