Reply to Comments on Specific Posts

The "Post Replies" feature allows you to specify responses for each post individually that may contain different contents. Please follow the following steps to enable this feature.

1. On the menu bar, select "Post Replies."

2. Select the store you wish to use this feature for.

3. Turn on the "Turn on a Specific Post Reply" setting. 

Turn on "Comment Reply" or/and "Privately Reply to a Comment" or/and "Keyword Reply" add messages or/and photos.

If you turn on the "Comment Reply" setting, the system will respond to all comments automatically.

If you turn on the "Privately Reply to a Comment" setting, the system will respond to all comments by sending a message to their inbox.

With the "Keyword Comment Reply" setting turned on, the system will reply to a customer's comment automatically if it matches a predefined keyword.

With the "Keyword Inbox Reply" setting turned on, the system will send a message to the customer's inbox automatically if their comment matches a predefined keyword.
