Reply to Inbox Based on Keywords

This tutorial goes over how you can respond to your customers based on predefined keywords on Facebook Messenger.

1. Navigate to the "Keyword Replies" menu.

2. Select a specific store for which you wish to use this feature or select "Keywords for all stores."

3. Identify the keywords and the corresponding response messages. Turn on the "Inbox Reply" setting and click "Save."

When the customer sends you a message containing a predefined keyword, the chatbot will reply back with the corresponding message automatically.
